We are experts in analyzing and optimizing chemical processes (especially surface treatment) to make them run with better performances, less raw material usage, higher capability and the critical self-documentation of data required to automatically meet most ISO/TS16949 requirements.
The "raison d’être" of Optimum Process Upgrades is to help customers developing and implementing better and better processes, consequently manufacturing products with higher and higher performances. The genuine inspiration to the creation of our company is the philosophy of Dr. E. Deming, written in his own words: "Everyone doing his best is not the answer. It is first necessary that people know what to do" (E. Deming from Out of the Crisis).

Global Process Expert
As a young "Engineer in Training", fresh out of my Doctorate in Chemistry, the frustration of hearing day after day contradicting ”theories”, all supposed to explain why a batch of polymer was not within specification, drove me to spend several months analyzing the tens of thousands process and final quality control data collected during the last 3 years of production.
My goal was to make the data speak and to learn the truth from the facts they represented. It worked, the report was well received by Corporate R&D. It was a first step of a road to become European Resin Manager for one of the worldwide leaders in Resins and Coatings and more importantly to study and practice Dr E. Deming’s philosophy to improve quality (defined by meeting needs and expectations in short by customer satisfaction) by reducing process variation, cost, waste, rework, by eliminating barriers between department and of course by relying only on experimental and production data to develop theories.
Over the years, I have learned to resolve issues: R&D, line design, scale-up, quality, cost, excess water or chemical usage... Today I want to make you benefit of this “know how” and help you Optimizing and Upgrading your processes.
